This is an invigorating summer drink.
Shake the following ingredients together and serve in a glass over ice:
6 oz. brewed Organic Mauna Kea Green Tea
1 T. Organic White Honey with Organic Peppermint
4 oz. club soda or tonic water
1 lime, juiced
1 sprig of mint, crushed
lime and mint to garnish
copious amounts of ice
Honey and cheese is a delicious combination ...
Lightly drizzle our macadamia honey over cheese before serving, or put a dollop of our white honey on the side. Our white honey tastes great with salty, strong-flavored or even stinky cheeses. There are no mistakes! Experiment with different cheeses and see what you like. A gentle guideline: honey is meant to elevate the cheese, not overpower it.
Heavenly variation:
Add some nuts and dried fruit to the cheese and honey plate. Top it off with a dessert wine for a rich and heavenly experience!
Lightly toast 2 pieces of organic whole wheat bread.
Spread Rare Hawaiian Organic White Honey on one piece.
Spread organic crunchy peanut butter on the other piece.
Put the two pieces together for the best peanut butter sandwich you have ever tasted.
Share with the neighborhood kids!
*For a healthier variation, use almond butter or tahini (sesame butter) instead of peanut butter.
1 cup cream cheese
½ cup Rare Hawaiian Organic White Honey
Stir or mix thoroughly to create one and a half cups of this heavenly spread. Use on bagels, toast and pancakes, or as an icing on your next cake.
