Subtly sweet, with a delicate richness of flavor and texture, our velvety white honey is best enjoyed straight from the spoon.

Its smooth, spreadable consistency garnered recognition at the 2012 American Honey Show, where it won a Blue Ribbon in the Crystalized Honey category. Our Organic White Honey is certified organic, raw, and unfiltered, and is our original and most popular honey.

Our White Honey is harvested from a 1000 acre wild kiawe forest that is almost entirely surrounded by a lava desert and the ocean.
