Rare Hawaiian Organic Winter Honey
Our Winter Honey has the same creamy texture and spreadable consistency as our Rare White Honey with a more robust, caramel-like flavor and a deeper color. It is collected from a variety of wildflowers that bloom in winter at 2200 feet up the north side of Mauna Kea volcano. The honey is unheated raw honey and certified organic.

Rare Hawaiian Organic White Honey with Organic Ginger
We have stirred Hawaiian, organic, ginger puree (actual bits of ginger) into our delightful Rare White Honey. The cozy warmth of ginger with the delicious richness of our White Honey is the perfect blend for a snowy night by a glowing fireplace or, better yet, a tropical veranda.  A tropical honey that evokes memories of warm tropical experiences. Rare Hawaiian White Honey with Hawaiian Lilikoi
When you taste our delicate, yet rich Rare White Honey with Hawaiian Lilikoi puree stirred into it, you will soon know why lilikoi is called "passion fruit". Our Rare Hawaiian Organic Macadamia Nut Honey is collected exclusively from the fragrant, white flowers of the Macadamia Nut Tree which blooms in winter. This rich, dark honey comes from a beautiful, certified organic macadamia nut orchard in North Kohala on the Big Island of Hawaii. Unlike our other honeys, macadamia honey is a liquid honey.
