Volcano Island Honey Company invites you to our farm for a tour
or to purchase our honey farm direct. Reservations are required
for tours, and please call before you come to purchase honey so
we can make sure we are available to help you. Our office
number is (808) 775-1000.
Our hours of operation are Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 4:00
pm.
The 1 ½ hour tour of Volcano Island Honey Company will
feature a presentation by Richard Spiegel, Bee Keeper and Owner,
a video presentation on the harvesting and processing of the honey
excerpted from Epicurious on The Discovery Channel, and
a tour of a live bee hive, honey house and extraction demonstration
(if it is an extraction day). You will also get to taste our delicious
honey!

Cost
Independent Visitor:
$20 per person, plus 4.167% tax. Children ages 5 and under are free, and ages 6- 18 are ½ price.
School Groups:
Public School: No Charge.
Private School: $5

Non-Profit/Educational Groups: $15
Beautiful Ahualoa Farm Visits (Long Ears Hawaii Coffee, Mauna Kea Tea and Volcano Island Honey: Tuesdays 8:45 - 12:30 pm): $75, plus 4.167% tax. Children ages 5 and under are free, and ages 6- 18 are ½ price.
A credit card is required to hold the reservation and 48 hour advance notice is required for cancellation with full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours from date of tour will be charged 50% of the total cost. Volcano Island Honey Company needs a minimum of four (4) people to conduct a tour and will confirm 48 hours in advance whether or not your tour will be held.
