Our Winter honey varies from year-to-year, depending upon the weather patterns and the location of the yards we use to winter the bees. Our 2013 Winter honey is a medium-bodied, raw honey that has crystallized into a very smooth texture, with a forward burst of butterscotch and a lingering mild, sweet finish. Certified organic. Color and flavor of each batch may vary slightly. ~Please refrigerate Winter Honey.~
