Aloha beekeepers
What's with the Department of Agricuilture over there? they have listed honeybees (Apis mellifera) as a "pest for control or eradication" Ha! Look it up - Hawaii Administrative Rules, Title 4 Department of Agriculture, subtitle 6 Division of Plant Industry, Chapter 69a page 4 Insects. On page six they list Acarapis woodi and Varrora jacobsoni (sic)... I guess that may be one way to eradicate the little buggers. Come on guys who was on duty when this one got past ??
